The environment of Spen Valley is under terrific pressure from its high population and location in the centre of the West Yorkshire conurbation. The forces which despoil and denigate our environment are strong and a stiff match for the willing spirit and deeds of those who endeavour to secure and maintain a pleasant environment for the residents, workers and the wildlife of Spen Valley.
